Party In Heaven is a song tribute to Estelle Amador, who passed away this last May. 100% of proceeds go to The Children's Tumor Foundation in her honor. It was written the day she passed away and recorded 'from a distance' during lockdown summer 2020.
Early this last May I woke up to messages that the mother of my good friend since childhood had passed away.
Estelle Amador was a larger than life character and an important part of my and my brother’s childhood. She was a big part of dozens of kids childhoods as she raised 5 boys and was a neighborhood babysitter to most of their friends and countless kids living nearby.
My brother and I were best friends growing up with her youngest son Mark, and our houses backed up to each other and shared a back fence. (The story goes that when my family moved in behind his family we peaked through the fence and met Mark, then proceeded to tear a hole in the old wooden fence between our houses so we could play together)
The morning I found out she had passed away I started fairly quickly writing a song in tribute to her (that doesn’t happen with most big life events for me, but for whatever reason it did this time) Then over the next couple weeks I enlisted some talented friends to help me record it so that I could ‘give’ it to Mark and his family. They loved it and we came up with an idea to honor her by putting the song out for charity.
So I’m releasing the song ‘Party In Heaven’ on Bandcamp. With 100% of the money given going to (
www.ctf.org ) The Children’s Tumor Foundation, in her name and honor. This is personal and important to Mrs. Amador because her daughter-in-law passed away way too young from this disease. And her grand-daughter and great grandson suffer from it as well.
I’m honored to share the song and make it available exclusively through Bandcamp (

We appreciate any support you can give.
I hope you like the song. It was made with tons of love and reverence.
